Russia’s RDIF, China Invest to invest in Far Eastern zinc field

DAVOS, Jan 21 (PRIME) - The Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) and China Investment Corporation will invest in development of the Noion-Tologoiskoye zinc field in the Far East, RDIF’s CEO Kirill Dmitriev told reporters Wednesday on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum in Davos.

“We have finalized a deal on investments in the zinc deposit,” Dmitriev said, declining to provide any figures.

The RDIF will invest in the Central Asia Silve company, which holds a license to develop the Noion-Tologoiskoye field, he said.
